Once
a project is completed, and an invoice is submitted to client for media services including, but not limited to television,
video, digital cinema, feature film, radio, NLE audio/video editing, voice production or graphics work that exceeds five
(5) days, it must be paid in full within 14 days from the invoice date. Some projects may require a down payment of
one-half of the total budget paid in advance before any Pre-Production, Production or Post-Production/Editing work begins,
unless other prior arrangements have been made with Mark Anthony Besozzi. The remaining one-half of the unpaid balance owed
must be paid (within 14 days) once job is completed and delivered to the client. If a project is scheduled for one
(1) and/or up to five (5) days, then this employment structure must be paid on a per day-to-day basis. All projects
handled for Internationally based companies must be paid in USD.
Mark Anthony Besozzi and BIRD'S-EYE MEDIA, INC.'s
rates are based on an 8-hour day, portal to portal. There are NO half-day rates. To discuss rates, availability
